How does the Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush work?
A
The Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush uses an advanced dual acousto-optical system provided by the two light-emitting diodes (LED) and dual sonic vibration system provided by the two motors. The white and infrared LEDs emit light at femtosecond frequencies that are additionally modulated/pulsed by an ultrasonic frequency at 4 MHz. The LEDs are placed close to the bristle head for effective hygienic and therapeutic purposes. The motors with sonic micro-vibrations and sonic macro-vibrations are placed in the bristle head and the toothbrush handle, respectively.
Q
How does the dual acousto-optical system work?
A
The dual acousto-optical system simultaneously delivers light at ultrasonic frequency to the hygienic-therapeutical site, significantly enhancing tooth whitening, breakage of plaque, and antibacterial and rejuvenating effects centimeters below the gum line.
Q
Why does the Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush use white and infrared LEDs?
A
The Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush provides a total solution to oral care during regular daily brushing. The white light has hygienic-therapeutical effects on teeth and gums surfaces, and the infrared light has hygienic-therapeutical effects on the inside of the teeth and gums.

Q
How often should I change the bristle head?
A
We recommended that you change the bristle head every three months or when the bristles begin showing significant signs of wear. Please see the instructions on how to replace the bristle head.
Q
Can I travel with the Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush?
A
Yes. The toothbrush charger is dual voltage/frequency (110V-240V/50Hz-60Hz). Be sure you have the plug adapter appropriate for the country where you are traveling.
Q
Can I repair the Pro-Medic Professional Toothbrush?
A
No. The toothbrush is permanently sealed and does not contain any user-serviceable parts. In the case of a non-functioning toothbrush, please contact our Consumer Service Department for instructions on returning the toothbrush for repair.
Q
How does the Pro-Medic Professional Hair Dryer work?
A
The Pro-Medic Professional Hair Dryer uses an advanced dual acousto-optical system provided by light emitting diodes (LEDs) and a sonic transducer. Visible and infrared light emitted by the LEDs is absorbed by the hair and scalp, resulting in more effective “In-Out” hair drying and “In-Out” hair rejuvenation. Sonic waves emitted by the sonic transducer penetrate within millimeters of the scalp, enhancing “In-Out” hair drying, hair nutrition, and maintaining antibacterial hair and scalp condition.
Q
Why does the Pro-Medic Professional Hair Dryer use visible and infrared LEDs?
A
In the Pro-Medic Professional Hair Dryer, visible light and infrared light are used in different proportions, depending on the color of the hair for which drying is selected. For example, when drying blond hair, the Pro-Medic Professional Hair Dryer uses more visible light than for drying brown hair that leads to more light absorption by blonde hair and better hair drying and hair rejuvenation.
Q
What does mean “In-Out” hair care technology?
A
In regular hair care, hair dryers at high temperature provide very intensive heat to wet hair to dry them. The heat penetrates wet hair from outside to inside causing intensive evaporation of water from hair. This hair drying process is very abrasive for hair causing hair damage and stopping hair nutrition. The Pro-Medic “In-Out” technology takes advantage of light and sonic energy that can be absorbed by hair and scalp to biostimulate them at physiological temperature and to enable expelling out water from inside hair that supports hair drying with less intense heat and much lower temperature. Please note, that hair is comprised of 90% proteins, and temperature above 140°F (70°C) that is used in most hair dryers can destroys them.
